Shipping Policy

Shipping
We aim to fulfil all orders within 1 business day. You can expect to receive your order usually within 2 business days (free) or next day delivery (price shown at checkout). Please note pre-order items are shipped in accordance to the date noted on their product page.

We currently only ship within the UK but we're working hard on expanding this! If you have a special international request, please reach out to us.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour, no problem! We offer free exchanges so you and your pup will look and feel your best. The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you need is reach out to us stating that you'd like to exchange your order. We'll send you a prepaid return label and then you can make a separate purchase for the new item(s). 

Returns
We really hope you and your doggo(s) love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will have 14 days from the time you receive your goods to contact us about a return [instructions below]. 

To start a return, please email us. We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours with the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
You will get an email notification once we’ve received and inspected your return within 5 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
