Refund Policy

We really hope you and your doggo(s) love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will have 14 days from the time you receive your goods to contact us about a return.

To start a return, please send us email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You will get an email notification once we’ve received and inspected your return within 5 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
